These terms govern your use of Dollar SaaS Club ("we", "us", "our") at dollarsaasclub.com. Read them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or subscribing to any of our tools, you agree to be bound by these terms. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Dollar SaaS Club. If you're using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. What we provide
Dollar SaaS Club sells a catalog of small, purpose-built business tools for a nominal per-product fee. Each tool is a separate subscription. Availability, features, and pricing can change; we'll give you reasonable notice of material changes before they take effect.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- Authentication is provided through Replit. Their terms apply to that layer.
- Keep your login credentials private. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
- One account per person. Don't share accounts; don't resell access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Dollar SaaS Club to:
- Break the law, infringe someone's intellectual property, or violate anyone's privacy.
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or otherwise abusive content.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any part of the service.
- Interfere with the service's operation or probe our infrastructure for vulnerabilities without permission.
- Use automated scripts to create fake accounts or artificially inflate usage.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.
5. Payments and billing
Subscriptions are charged in advance on a monthly or annual cadence. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms. We charge in US dollars. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Prices shown on the site are the prices we charge. The only adjustments are the stated credit-card surcharge and any applicable taxes. Missed payments may put your subscription into a past-due state; after repeated failures the subscription can be canceled.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any subscription anytime from the Billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access through the end of the current period. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Intellectual property
The Dollar SaaS Club brand, site, and software are ours. You don't get any ownership rights by subscribing — just a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the tools while your subscription is active.
Content you create inside the tools — contacts, chats, workflows, scheduled posts — is yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display it back to you.
8. Third-party services
Dollar SaaS Club uses third-party processors to operate. As of this writing: Neon (database), Replit (hosting + auth), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI responses in Mini GPT), and the Gmail API (transactional email). Each has its own terms and privacy policy that apply to the portions they handle.
9. Termination
You can close your account anytime from Settings → Danger Zone. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay, or create legal risk for us or other members. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days unless we're legally required to retain it.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use of AI-generated content (e.g., Mini GPT output) is at your own risk — don't rely on it for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dollar SaaS Club and its people won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to the address on your account or through an in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
